The process of reaching and maintaining compliance with government legislation, DBS and family requirements are managed for you by Focused Healthcare’s Compliance Manager. Once your recruitment file, including qualifications, DBS, references, occupational health & training has been established, you will be signed off by the Paediatric Nurse Manager and offered work.
Focused Healthcare requires all care workers to undertake an occupational health assessment on registration while continuing fitness to practice reviews are carried out on a regular basis by an appropriate occupational health professional.
